Our hot filling and packing services ensure precise temperature control, maintaining product quality and safety. We cater to various packaging formats, including bottles, jars, pouches, and containers, to suit our clients’ specific needs.
For hot filling, various packaging options are available, catering to different product requirements and consumer preferences. Pouches, such as stand-up pouches (SUPs) and flat pouches, offer flexibility and lightweight convenience, making them ideal for products like sauces, dressings, and beverages. SUPs come in sizes ranging from 100ml to 1L, while flat pouches are suitable for smaller volumes, from 50ml to 200ml.
Bottles and jars are also suitable for hot filling, offering a more traditional packaging format. Glass bottles and jars provide a premium look and are ideal for products requiring high-temperature filling, while plastic bottles and jars (HDPE, PET, or PP) offer lightweight and shatter-resistant alternatives. These packaging options come in various sizes, from 100ml to 2L, and cater to products like soups, dips, and pastes.
Sachets, the smallest packaging option, are flexible pouches used for single-serve portions or samples. They are lightweight, easy to pack, and ideal for portion control, making them suitable for products like condiments, sauces, and dressings. Our packaging experts work closely with clients to select the most suitable packaging option, considering factors like product viscosity, filling temperature, material compatibility, and consumer convenience. This ensures the chosen packaging meets the specific product needs and marketing strategies.
